Our lender is a Private Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) initially funded by equity investments from various religious financial services groups, denominational organizations, trusts, ministers' retirement funds and church development funds. Initial funding was also provided by numerous small investors and other organizations interested in the development of a fund to make loans to faith-based organizations throughout the country.
